Help with medical and home bills

Back in 2010 my brother, George, got hit by a softball that bounced off the ground then hit him in the shin.  He now suffers from cellulitis in the leg.  He has a 1-2inches deep where the softball hit.  
On 6/5 my sister in law came home from work and my brother was running a fever of 104 and could barely walk due to the cellulitis.  He was then admitted and has been since.  As of right now, his leg has gotten worse.  He may need to have surgery to open his leg to get the pressure down.  
I'm asking for help to assist my sister in law and brother to help with not only medical bills, but to help with house bills.  Due to my brother being in the hospital, my sister in law has taken FMLA so she can be home with their 4 kids and be here at the hospital with her husband.
