Flying to MSK!

Waddup friends and family, 

As many of you know, I have colorectal cancer.   Since its initial discovery in 2012, I've undergone several procedures including radiation, chemotherapy, video assisted thoracic surgery for metastases in the lungs, and a laparoscopic  liver resection for metastases in the liver.  I recently had a second liver resection on Dec 4th and the next phase of this treatment will require 6 months of chemotherapy in New York at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSKCC).   The reason this treatment is happening in New York and not Atlanta is because the doctors at MSKCC have been working with me since 2014 when I lived in NYC.  Additionally, I'm a part of a clinical trial for a new type of liver pump for patients with a similar condition.  Information on the Medtronic liver pump can be found here: Medtronic Pump 

I’m raising $6000 in order to assist with the costs associated with plane tickets between Atlanta and New York.  Any additional funds raised will be for transport to and from the airport, and any unforeseen medical costs.  I love you all and appreciate any help you send my way.
