Wing and a prayer

I have loved someone fighting Cancer for over half my life. First time Mom was diagnosed, I was 19. She has fought this horrible disease three times now. Following her, I watched my husband and little brother suffer and die from this unforgivable disease. Over the last 10 years I have lost  houses, vehicles  furniture and every possible worldly possession in order to support my loved ones during treatment and then sadly pay for funerals. I have never asked for help. We slept in cars and in the waiting room at UCSF when Keith was sick, and I sold everything I owned to bury my husband  Needless to say I hate Cancer. As most of you know my mom was diagnosed recently with Non Hodgkins Lymphoma Cancer and had started treatment. She is not doing as well as expected and has asked me to come see her and say our goodbyes. She is my best friend and the strongest person I know. I have purchased a ticket to get there with what I had saved for a laptop to finish my degree on. Asking for help is so hard, but at this point, I am literally flying on a wing and a prayer. I know that times are tough for everyone and please know that anything is appreciated, but more than anything, your prayers are appreciated. As I approach the airport to travel to see her I have Faith that God is watching over all of us. Love to you all.
