In-ear monitor for singer

Hey everyone! Asking for money is not something I do, so this is difficult for me. I have recently joined a local band as the lead singer, and for those of you that know me, this is my dream! As I continue to refine my skills, there are tools that will help me perform at my best. I am in need of an in-ear monitoring system, so I can hear my vocals better, as well as the others in the band. Since I am completely new to this, I had no idea how expensive these were!
