Wishes Threatened after Burglary!

GRANTING FUTURE WISHES FOR ADULTS AND THEIR FAMILIES IS UNDER THREAT AFTER BURGLARY!
The HoneyRose Foundation is a registered charity based in St Helens Merseyside, dedicated to granting special wishes to adults who have Cancer and other life-threatening/terminal illnesses.
In the early morning of 11th of October 2018, we were subject to a robbery at our headquarters in the town centre. The resulting theft and extensive damage caused to the property, including the destruction of our Wishing Well where donations from the public had kindly been placed, means our ability to grant future special wishes has been severely hampered.
We work extremely hard to give adults and their families one last chance to make special/happy memories. We receive no government funding, relying on proceeds from our shop, donations from the local community and fundraising events to give us the budgets needed to organise the many wish requests we receive.
To see the damage caused by the intruders was heartbreaking, particularly knowing that to replace/repair it means the money raised for wishes will need to be diverted, especially in the short term, so that we can continue to operate.
The target of £5000 to recoup our losses is the equivalent of at least 10 wishes - that's 10 families which will have their special wish put on hold indefinitely.
