Billy was a wonderful son, brother, but most of all an amazing father!! He had a smile that would light up any situation and the most contagious laugh. Billy had a heart of gold and was always there at the drop of a hat whenever anyone needed him. He was just as mischievous as he was selfless smile emoticon Always quick with the jabs and the jokes and always playfully teasing anyone and everyone he could. Such a unique soul and hard worker. He's definitely made a mark in this world and has touched many hearts. His best work was his two beautiful daughters, Stephanie and Brooke!! The ones to suffer the most out of them all!! As young as these heartbroken girls are, they are worried sick about what they are going to do next. Let's help them not to worry and donate to help pay for Billy's funeral costs and to help assist the girls with what they need to live and for their education!! Every little bit helps and is very much appreciated. May Billy rest in peace now.
