SKYDIVE FOR MENTAL HEALTH

I will be doing a skydive for the mental health charity mind on world mental health day 12th October 2019. This charity is one so close to my heart, a few months ago I didn’t think I would even be here after countless suicide attempts I really thought it had the best of me . I want to give back to a charity that helped me over come my illness along with the doctors and therapists I saw. By doing this I’m hoping to break the stigma against young people with mental health issues big or small. If everyone on my Facebook page donated just £1 we would have more than enough . I hope you can all get involved ....
