Hello, my name is Rashad York I am in the need to raise money to get back on my feet. On July 25, 2019, I had emergency surgery which has caused me to be out of work for 6 weeks. I am a Home Health nurse in Atlanta Georgia. I have been continuously sick on and off through out the month of July not knowing the cause of it. After having continuous pain I went to the hospital and ended up having immediate surgery on my Appendix. I then found out I had a Hernia with a Tumor also. While being out of work I don't have any income as far as taking care of medical bills, rent, etc. I am asking my peers and friends for help. Anything will be appreciated.
