My name is Chris Cushing. My wife Lisa and I are owners of Cush’s Homegrown LLC a natural food company in Old Lyme, CT. We started our company in 2009 with a line of salsas that we have made for over 25 years for friends and family. Our salsas are all natural, low sodium, gluten free and have no preservatives. They are produced in small batches with the same love and care as when we made them for our own family.
We are raising $25,000 as Phase 1 to get our salsas on store shelves across the country. Shelf space and placement is expensive, but we are confident that our product will stand up and earn its place in stores across the country. We have been very successful in the Northeast. Our products are flying off the shelves in local supermarket chains, natural food stores and co-ops. We are ready to grow and your donations will help us bring our incredible salsas to your favorite supermarket.
