Cure For John

I would like to thank everyone for the support and kind words we have received. John was able to go to Mexico and get the help he needed.
They found he has a disease in his nerves, as well as one of his kidneys is over half full of gravel. He received medications for both and they have helped a lot. His kidneys should be good in a week or so, but his nerve disease is so extensive it will take a few years to heal completely.  During this time, he has to continue to take his medications daily or he risks it coming back. His back pain has decreased by quite a bit as long as he doesn't over exert himself. He has had a couple rough weeks while his body adjusts to the medications, but is doing better now. He has to go back to Mexico in 3 months for a check up and stock up on medicines again. We could not be more thankful to his doctor for really taking the time to look into it and getting to the bottom of what was causing John pain. And thank you all for helping make it possible.
