My family and I bought Loki this past Sunday as a surprise gift for our friend's daughter. We were really excited since we'd be watching him for two weeks until he was old enough to make the trip to the Big Apple.
The young couple we bought him from claimed they could no longer care for him and that he had received all his shots. Not even 48 hours after bringing him home, he stopped eating and being his usual perky, adorable self. Little did we know, Loki hadn't been given his Parvo shots.
After a few anxious hours in emergency pet care, the vet told us that the Parvo test came back positive. Loki will need constant care for the next few days, but as you know, the animal hospital is an expensive place. We're raising money to help Loki beat Parvo and experience life in the big city with his new family. We need your help and every bit counts. All of the funds raised will go to help Loki survive, and to the future care of this lovable little bean.
