Crossroad in my life

As most of you know, I have been on the road for the last 24 years which has been fantastic. It's from this journey I have met most of you.
I have now come to a crossroad in my life where I would like to slow down things and get a place to call HOME.
I found a nice place near Breda in Holland (see picture below) with a rent I can afford on my pension, but I have to pay £9,600 to buy it including a year's advance rent.
Over this time, I have been living from day to day and never made any savings and would be very grateful if you could help me.
