Critter Camp Exotic Pet Sanctuary needs YOUR Help!
Our annual liability insurance premium is due, our vet bills are due and our Director, Beth (CritterCampMom,) has been struggling with serious debilitating Meniere's Disease for 8 months and is finally having inner ear surgery later this month; so she will not be able to do the rigorous fund raising needed to get these paid as well as raising the $1000 per week needed for supplies during her recovery.
Critter Camp Mom had her ear surgery and it has not decreased her meniere's disease as yet, she also has had foot surgery and is still recovering. Please help us through this stressful time!

Critter Camp provides a safe, loving, healthy, happy home to over 300 small pets of 30 different species. Most were slated for euthanasia in "kill" facilities due to old age, illness, aggression or fearfulness. Our sanctuary is often assisted care, nursing home and hospice for these precious little souls. We feel every creature has the right to a full happy life, no matter how damaged by humans.
Animals living at Critter Camp include ferrets with cancer, elderly hamsters, gerbils that bit people, guinea pigs that do not like to be handled, rabbits that have attacked shelter staff in other rescues, rats with tumors, etc. and unusual pets that need specialized care such as fennec foxes.
Critter Camp is USDA and ILDoA licensed, all volunteer operated, and fully insured.
We also give educational presentations and tours to help prevent people for obtaining the wrong pets and to help them give the correct care to the pets they do have.
Due to the uniqueness of our rescue Critter Camp does not qualify for over 99% of the animal rescue funding options and grants available.
We rely on kind generous animal loving people who share our philosophy that every single animal matters.
