The Craggen hockey/theater/ school family have come together to support Karen and her boys:
On Saturday, July 6, 2019, after a battling complications from cancer, our friend Bob Craggan lost his fight. He leaves behind his wife, Karen and 11 year old twin boys, Liam and Conor. Liam came into our hockey family two years ago and fast became friends with everyone. Liam is a friend to all he meets on the ice, and his teammate are his family. Conor has recently begun learning to hockey skate and play, but he has always been a part of our hockey family.
Karen is gem to everyone she meets, and we would like to help her with the immediate financial burdens she is going to face until everything gets in order.
Hockey is family and we want to help our family in any way we can. The family has a long journey of healing ahead of them, and if possible we can help....even if its just a little.
From our Marvista friends who know Conor, Liam, Karen and Bob know what an amazingly special family this is and lost Bob too soon.
Karen is a familiar face at Marvista: working and helping out in class and her PTSA involvement. The boys are loved at school by teachers and friends. Please consider supporting the family to help them through this incredibly difficult time.
From our Hi-Liners friends and family: Conor has been an integral part of the Hi-Liner family for several years. From Young Simba to Jack in the Magic Treehouse, Conor is up to any theatrical challenge. He and his family are fantastic supporters of the Hi-Liners from car washes to Parades and volunteering at performances. Our sadness is shared by Conor’s twin brother (Liam’s ) hockey family and their school family.
