Hi Everyone!
We are the Central Whidbey Yellowjackets!!!
For the 3rd year in a row, we are competing for a spot at the Little League State Championships!!! We have worked hard all season and have accomplished many things. Each one of us has improved our game immensely and we are proud of our standings. We belong at State but we need your help getting there. We have just one tournament ahead of us, and we have a good shot at winning, so we wanted to start reaching out to our greatest supporters for donations now.
As you might suspect, the cost of getting 12 players (and families) to and from the tournament in Montesano, WA, is significant! We anticipate doing well, but will need to be able to cover a hotel stay for a minimum of three nights, plus food and gas; it is possible we could be there much longer than three days! We need your support.
We are unable to fundraise in our community as we need the funds to go directly to our team, so now we are turning to you – family, friends and supporters - to appeal to your generosity in asking for your financial help. Every dollar donated will be going to the team, and split evenly among all players. This will ensure each player can afford the trip to Montesano. Even just $20 will help!
