Costa Rica Mission Trip

Hello there! My name is Emma Nickse, and I have been a part of Anona United Methodist Church since being confirmed there four years ago. Since 7th grade, I considered the youth program as my second home, which has allowed me to serve on three mission trips to date, in Florida and Georgia. This year, however, we have the oppurtunity to help people outside the country in Nuevo Arenal, Costa Rica! In June of 2018, me and 30 others will be blessed enough to work on projects that benefit children. Having a three-year-old brother, I know how much support kids need in order to lead both a positive and spiritual life. The trip itself costs $1,400 which will go towards the flight, meals, VBS supplies, construction materials, etc. Any amount that you can give to my cause will not only alleviate financial concerns, but it will help me put more energy into preparing myself to be the best I can be for this journey. Most of all, I ask that you wish myself and my youth team a happy and safe trip both there and back, and that God will work through us to provide the best service we can.
