Cost of Living & Medical Expenses Wanda DeBarge

Wanda Hicks DeBarge is out of work due to her recent diagnosis of Lung Cancer.  She needs help with her medical expenses, cost of daily living and travel to and from Panama City five days a week for Chemo and Radiation treatments. 
She is currently in Bay Medical due to pneumonia and a collapsed lung.
