Cosmo's surgery

Hi,
my name is Rita and a couple of weeks ago I got this little fella here, Cosmo
After a couple of days of him being a bit scared of his new house he revelead himself to be one of the sweetest (and also naughty) little kitten ever. Three days ago while I was getting out of bed I heard a weird noise coming from the living room, followed by a little cry I went to check and found Cosmo on the floor dragging himself to me and his back paw folded up, not touching the floor and very swollen no need to say that I immediatly called the vet and got an appoiment later that day. After some medication the vet said to call back in a couple of days to check if he was getting better but unfurtunately he didn't. This morning we went back to the vet to get an x-ray of the possible broken leg/paw and the bad news arrived. He has a fracture in his tarsus that has to be fixed with an operation.
My boyfriend and I work really hard but we can't afford to pay for it as the price is quite high: £2500.
I don't want my best friend to suffer any longer I want him to be able to jump around and play with us like he used to that's why I'm here asking for some help.
Anything really could help us we just want him to feel better.
Lots of love,
Rita, Tom and Cosmo.
