Corned Beef and Cabbage Fund

It's time for the Annual Brookside St Patrick's Day Parade! Once again, we will be hosting a Corned Beef and Cabbage blowout at our home on the parade route. This year, in addition to the return of the bleachers, we are hoping to include a fun filled performance by our friend Tommy who does "mad science" for parties and on Channel 4, to entertain us before the parade. You all know how much I love doing this, but the cost of corned beef and mad science has skyrocketed in the past few years. So, to keep this tradition going, and to be sure I have enough corned beef for everybody (if there is such a thing) I am asking you to chip in. No contribution is too big or too small, and ALL of it will go toward the food and entertainment. I will need to purchase the corned beef no late than Wednesday, March 13th so there is enough time to get it all cooked!
