Greetings!
Let me tell you a little bit about the Core Relief Charity. At this time each year, people scramble to find charities or causes to take part in, so this year I'm inviting you to join our team. Core Relief is a charity that primarily services the homeless communities in the Metro-Detroit area, but now we are looking to expand our outreach. This particular campaign is targeted to those experiencing homelessness in the Washtenaw/Wayne areas. I have personally walked the streets and have met these individuals during the summer months. The main concern within this community is shelter and how will they will keep warm during the winter months. So with that information in mind, we devised a plan of action, the Relief Bundle. What we want to do is provide Relief Bundles; (flame retardant) wool blend blankets, winter gloves and hats for the homeless exposed to the fierce winter elements. Collectively, your donations will go toward the purchase of quality and effective materials. We are looking to serve close to 400 individuals by January, so we need your help! 1 pair of insulated Winter Gloves
(Estimated cost per bundle $8.25) x 400 = $3,300
