The Coopers could use our help.  Please donate whatever you can so they can concentrate on getting well, instead of all the stresses of trying to support a family when one of you is not.  Here are some words Melanie wrote which explain their situation:

Gavin was diagnosed with a glioblastoma at the age of 7. He had several surgeries which were able to remove part of the tumor. The surgeon was unable to remove it all as it would have impaired more of his brain functions. After surgery he underwent radiation and chemotherapy in the hopes to shrink it further. He has now miraculously been in remission for 25 years.
We have a wonderful and loving relationship and also three beautiful and amazing children; Caden, Quinn and Finn. Gavin is always involved in everything they do. Whether it is helping Caden train for boxing and martial arts or doing soccer drills with Quinn. He is compassionate and always there to help anyone in need, especially children. To know Gavin is to know he has a special selfless quality about him and he makes an impression on everyone he meets.
As of October 2017 Gavin was starting to experience seizures. After several MRI's he was diagnosed with a new growth on his original tumor. This growth does not resemble his original tumor and is aggressive. It has also affected his short term memory which will not recover. He went in for a biopsy on 1/26. We are currently awaiting the results and hopeful that he will be able to be responsive to some form of treatment. As a result of this Gavin has had to stop working. I have also taken a leave from my job in order to take care of his and my children's needs."
