At the of June, Forgotten Cats rescued 51 cats and kittens from a kill shelter in Virginia. Cooper was one of those kittens that we rescued and he is now fighting for his life yet again. We saved him once and we are desperately trying to save him again but we need your help.
Cooper is an 8 week old kitten that is sweet, snuggly, and adorable. After he was in our care for one day we realized his leg was swollen and he was not using his back legs to walk. He is also losing blood. He was rushed to the emergency vet where we have already accumulated $1500 in vet bills and still are not sure what is wrong. Cooper is stable now and in a foster home but he needs additional tests, hospitalization, and medical care. We are estimating the total cost to be upwards of $4000.00.
