Liza and Mia Cooney Education Fund

Liza and Mia Cooney will need financial support to continue their college education after the loss of their dad.  John was diagnosed in June with a rare and aggressive cancer resulting in his incredibly fast and tragic death just 1 month later. The emotional impact of this cruel disease will leave scars forever.  This past year has thrown one blow after another to the family; from job loss, John's heart attack in October and his cancer diagnosis in June. These events have greatly impacted their financial outlook.
It is humbling and humiliating to ask for help.  The way forward is through education. Both girls are planning humanitarian careers with heightened interest in cancer research and patient care.
