Namasté Con Chardé is now expanding onto a new frontier-- nutrition. I've started to share food and smoothie recipes and now I want to add the benefit of scientific nutritional knowledge with it.

Namasté Con Chardé was founded to provide health & wellness and I will continue to do that through yoga, wellness guides, videos, and articles, but I have listened to requests, and want to add nutritional knowledge. I am enrolling in a course to become a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and need your support!
Similar to when I took the leap of faith to register for Yoga Teacher Training in 2016 and received an overwhelming amount of support and encouragement, this time around is no different. Any amount you are able to donate will help me learn, grow, and fulfill yet another dream~
