Vacation/Trip for son with cancer

My 11 year old son conner was diagnosed with anaplastic astrocytoma in February of 2016. In November he had a seizure that led to hospitalization and tests that showed a tumor. In January he had a craniotomy to remove the tumor at which point we found out it was a grade 3 actively aggressive cancer. He just finished radiation however has 10 more months of chemo. Sadly he had to drop out of all sports due to muscle loss. He has wanted to go to Disney world but has not had the chance to. My Mother  an I would love the chance to take conner to the happiest place on earth I don't like to ask for help or money but it's for my son. I have more than enough proof and hope people will help us take him on the trip. We tried for make a wish but there is a wait an very strict guidelines they must follow to approve him which isn't possible in his case everything must be agreed upon 100% by all parties for them to help....which is a issue and when you have brain cancer time is a factor. Anything is helpful, if we cannot reach our goal for the trip all funds will be put into an account under conners name for whatever other trip he decides on. I will give proof if needed just really want help an to be taken seriously amount the fakes.
