Coming Together for Tirza

Tirza is a 17 year old girl who is slowly and painfully dying due to complications related to Trisomy 11 Mosaic, a very rare chromosomal disorder. Tirza was not expected to live beyond the age of 3, however God has blessed Tirza and her family with 17 beautiful years of life - Tirza turned 17 on May 17th, celebrating her golden birthday.
