Cole's Cure!

My beautiful 2 year old son Cole Tyler Kidd was diagnosed with late infantile leukodystrophy which is a rare and fatal disease caused by a genetic mutation. Here in the United States, with the severity of his symptoms, there is no cure.  When looking into further options for alternative medical treatments outside of the U.S., he may have a chance at life. There is hope! As any parent would, I must try to save my sons life by any and all means possible. This is why we are looking into therapy treatments outside of the U.S. which have shown to be successful in suppressing or reversing this disorder. This includes bone marrow and stem cell transplants, enzyme replacement, and gene therapy.  The worst pain is watching your child going through something like this so I am now making a bucket list for him. He has never seen the ocean, been to the zoo, or even a baseball game. We thought we would have time for this but that is no longer the case. We ask that you please consider donating to help with travel expenses, medical treatments, and therapy intervention that Cole desperately needs in order to survive. Without this treatment, he will die. We are fighting with every chance we have and are praying for a miracle!
