A dear friend from our Jakette Camp Bowie family has recently been diagnosed with Stage 4 Breast Cancer. Molly Waller is 22 years old in which they gave her 5-10 years to live but is determined to fight through this. She will start her first round of chemotherapy on August 21st and will start losing her beautiful hair. This fund is to help Molly and her caring husband with all medical bills and a wig that she desires. Every donation is greatly appreciated and would mean a lot to the Waller and Prochazkova family.
My Story:
I had been complaining constantly about a pain in my right leg, doctors had MRI's and Xrays called and claimed it to be a strained quad. One day at work I had fallen and went straight down on the left lef causing it to break. Getting to the hospital I already thought it was odd that my bone broke so easily. So, I underwent surgery and attended PT at the hospital. My right leg was still killing me and my doctor saw my old MRI and called it an strained quad as well. The night before leaving for Baylor Rehabilitation my doctor, Dr. Peppper (yes thats his real name!) called in for his own MRI. Thankfully, he had caught 3 fractures, and cancer mass's attacking the leg bone. I underwent crazy amounts of xrays and scans, biopsies, and surgeries. I now have a half hip replacement on my right leg with a shaved bone to get rid of the cancer. I was informed about my cancer, the stage 4 breast cancer. It did spread out to my liver, 5 in my lymph nodes, and 2 in my lower back. Im currently in rehab and working on walking again!!
