CODY IS FIGHTING CANCER -- EVERYTHING HELPS!

Friends and Family:  Cody Fincham is in the fight of his life and also is in the prime of his life, turning 33 years old on December 18th! 

On Friday, November 23rd he was brought into the Emergency Room at Tampa General Hospital thinking that he had a slipped disc but was in so much pain he could not stand or walk, even for a few minutes.  After a few hours of testing, he has been diagnosed as having a late stage “treatable” Cancer, Adenocarcinoma of Unknown Primary.

Cody has been so excited about his new venture and a lifetime goal of his of becoming the chef of a new restaurant, opening in January 2019 in Tampa.  Those dreams will need to be put on hold for now so that he can spend his energy, strength and determination on beating this cancer!

He is feeling strong and ready to take this on, but it will be months of treatments (both chemo and radiation).  As such, he will not be able to work during this time and will also need some home care as well.

Please continue sending your thoughts and prayers for our special Cody!  He is truly one of a kind person and one of the best people I know!  With his strength and God’s guidance, we are sure he will beat this, but he really needs those thoughts and prayers from friends and family right now, so keep them coming!!

This is very difficult for us to do as a family, but we feel it is a necessary step to help fund his fight on the road to his recovery!!  Your donation is truly appreciated.   I know Cody will appreciate it more than anyone!!!
