Clothe and feed the homeless

Hello everyone. For the past couple of years, around November (cold season), I go to Value Village and purchase various sweaters,hats,gloves and warm clothing for the homeless. We hit the streets a couple of times a month  and give the homeless some warm clothing and food. The look of joy on the faces we help, is a beautiful feeling. We keep them company, sometimes play some cards, have some nice conversations. This year we would like to step it up, and help out as many homeless in Hamilton, as possible. Most of them get denied at the shelter due to over capacity,and are forced to seek for vents on the streets for warmth while they sleep. Its heart breaking, but an amazing feeling knowing we can help. This year we would like to purchase non-perishable goods as well as and a lot of warm clothing, snd more. Any donations would greatly help this cause. Also if you are willing to volunteer this winter, a couple of times a month,contact us.
