Clive Thornton Memorial Fund

This fund has been set up to support Clive Thornton's loved ones through an incredibly difficult time. Clive was taken away from us in tragic circumstances, his untimely death has left a large whole in everyone's life, especially his young son.

Depression has often been termed as the ‘invisible’ illness. Often mistaken for a momentary period of sadness or morosity, depression exists on the periphery of a specific category of mental illness, for many years misunderstood and too often goes untreated.

Money is a bitch and can cause unnecessary grief at inappropriate times. The greatest thing we can do now is to support our friends and those closest to Clive in this moment.

I've seen many touching posts on Facebook about Clive and donating to charity through various mediums. If we each only give a few pounds then we lighten the burden for those left behind and directly help the people that Clive cared deeply for.

Let's do something now. Any money raised will assist with the costs of the funeral and memorial. If there are any excess funds they will be put towards supporting Felix or in a trust for when he is older.
