For our family, Peter was the master chef that kept everyone laughing. He was the life of the party, who put everyone before himself.
My brother was admitted and diagnosed with stage four Recurrent Metastatic Malignant Melanoma cancer
on October 9th.
Our family stayed by his side throughout his battle in the hospital.
In December, Peter started getting back his strength. He worked to make it back home in Cuernavaca, Mexico to be with our family. Peter's love for Mexico was just as strong as his love for his friends and family.
On January 13th, 2017, Peter unfortunately lost his battle with cancer. He fought to the best of his abilities, and was so appreciative of the care he was given at Upstate University Hospital.
Peter's last wish was to be brought back to Mexico, and be with our family. Unfortunately times have been tough for our family, between medical costs, funeral expenses and travel costs, it has been financially straining.
On behalf of my father and I, and our entire family, please help us bring Peter back home.
