Jaime Gibson’s Cleveland Clinic expenses

Jaime has had one heck of a fight on her           hands for extremely too long! Since beating  Cancer to now, RPF(retro peritoneal fibrosis) With so much in between.  The RPF caused a huge mass behind the bladder. Which she        found out wasn’t cancer, praise God! Her RPF has grown around her spine which she had     some of the fibrosis scraped off and a stint     put in her spine to keep the circulation open. Which helped in her ability to move around  without assistance. The RPF could grow           around it again. Causing a repeat of that           surgery at some point although we pray that doesn’t happen! RPF is causing such bad           inflammation around all her organs that she   is now on a chemo treatment plan to                  decrease the inflammation. This is a long          treatment. An expensive treatment!  That     will grow in cost as time goes because the                amount of medication will triple in daily           dosage throughout the time of treatment.       She also has to get stints replaced about          every 3 months in her ureters because of the fibrosis cutting flow off there as well. RPF is                    extremely rare and with Jaime having Lynch   syndrome as well makes it her own unique      form. She has stumped many doctors on         many occasions but recently has gotten an     appointment at the Cleveland Clinic with a     specialist in RPF which is a super rare find.     She is in so much pain more so in her back       and has a car ride ahead of her that several    people have stated they would like to prevent her from taking. Raising air fare for her and     Joe along with hotel stay while they are there for her appointments would be a wonderful way in maybe easing some of this burden.       They aren’t sure just how long the stay will     be.  And a person can only miss work so           much.  This would give them one less thing to worry with while Joe stays with her for as        long as needed. He wouldn’t leave her side                       regardless, he never does.  For so long so        many have wanted a way to help and this is      the best me and some family came up with.    They themselves would never ask! I  know      any and all money raised will help with the      trip and many more medical expenses that     have and will occur. Lord knows she has had           entirely more then one person would ever     want. 

Jaime and Joe are the first to lend a helping   hand in anyway they know how. I’d like them  to see the flip side of the generosity they are always giving! Jaime always tries to find the  positive in any negative situation and this to me is one way I know how. The love and            support for her is amazing. She’s never met a stranger and would give the shirt off her back to anyone of them. I know so many want to    help so let’s do this! Joe and Jaime I love you both and so many others do as well we are       just rallying together to show it!
