Help Clayton with life saving surgery

On December 6th I rushed Clayton into the emergency veterinarian where I was told he was suffering from a urethral blockage, although this is his first episode this is something common in male cats.  He spent 3 days in the hospital after undergoing a procedure to remove the blockage but unfortunately this was not enough. He needs a surgery called perineal urethrostomy (or PU) without this surgery he will not make it past this week. I was able to bring him home this morning where he is spending time with an open catheter and pain management medications in hopes this will buy us some time. I’m a single person with one income living in the Bay Area which makes funds not easily accessible, not to mention the already $3,500 hospital bill from the past couple days I simply cannot do this on my own.

 

Clayton has lived a wild life so far going from being feral to rehabilitating to becoming mine and I cannot stand to lose him. He has a beautiful story that simply cannot be over yet. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
