Claudia's outdoor memorial

Claudia had a home for many years with Open Hands.  We are so grateful for the love, care and support they gave to her.  We know that they will miss her as much as we will.  Please, in lieu of sending flowers, consider participating in this campaign.  All funds raised will be donated by the Wells family to Open Hands in Cornwall for purchase of an outdoor gazebo and outdoor furniture for the use of residents and staff.   The gazebo will be a special memorial with Claudia's name on it.
