Classrooms in Tanzania

Here in Australia, it is a general expectation that every school will offer its students a great education in a safe, clean classroom with good resources and a limited class size.

Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for schools around the world. Throughout Africa, schools struggle to offer their students a viable education, with class sizes of 200 or more crammed into classrooms no bigger than your average Australian classroom. This is largely due to a lack of funding and resources.

Moreton Bay Boys' College and Moreton Bay College in Brisbane, Queensland, are taking a handful of students and staff to Tanzania, Africa in June this year. We are planning on building a much needed classroom to ease the pressure put on schools in need; however, we need your help. 

All donations made will go straight into funding the materials and resources required for construction. Also, a plaque with a list of significant donors will be displayed in our school, to give them the recognition that they deserve. 

Please donate even a small amount to help us build this classroom, and in the process you'll be improving the life of many young, hopeful children as well.
