Claire's Send Off

Donation protected
Claire was admitted into hospital on the 10th of June and sent home the next day, By the 12th of June she was once again unwell again, That morning she was once again admitted into hospital test after test was then done but they could not get to the bottom of what was going on. On the 17th of June her consultant spoke with us and said as a precaution Claire was going to go for a scan on the monday to see if they could find what was going on. Then on the tuesday Claire then called to say they had found she had Lymphoma Cancer!! On the wednesday night she had a fall and was put on oxygen and kept under close watch by the icu critical care team. Thursday morning she was finding it hard to breath and they were struggling to keep her oxygen levels up so decided the best thing to do was to put her into intensive care.  As we got there we were met by a consultant who then took us aside to say we must get the family as Claire was not expected to make it to the end of the day.....She proved them all wrong and held on for another week. She was now in a coma and not breathing for herself she was put onto a life support machine and this is where she stayed. They continued to do their best for her but sadly on thursday 28th June we were told those awful words she is not going to make this and now david had the heartbreaking decision of turning the machine off and letting her go peacefully. By 3.40pm  she could no longer fight and sadly lost her life.

Claire was an amazing mummy to Jake, A Loving wife Daughter and Sister As  a family we are devastated and would love to give Claire the send off she deserves but as you can imagine times are hard for everyone!! I know she wouldnt like a big fuss but Jake wants his mummy to have the best and we are going to try all we can to do this for him with the help of his mummy's friends and family.

So all of you that knew Claire if you are able to find it in your hearts to help  whatever you are able to give would be fantastic, i know its a big ask but whatever we can raise would be used to give her the send of she deserves in every way possible. The money that we manage to raise will be given to her husband Dave and will go towards her funeral expenses.
