Caldwell Gun Club Appeal Fund

The Caldwell Gun Club is raising funds to Appeal the decision by the Caldwell County Planning Board which was to revoke the existing permits and closing the range.

Several attrony's have expressed to me that we would win in appeal to the Superior Court. Several violations of County and state law were committed in the local hearing.

The NRA is supporting this also. Three different attorneys have told me we have an outstanding chance to win because of the violations the county made.
