There is only 365 Days left before I turn 40, so I thought it would be best to start my 40's in a healthier and fitter version of myself, simply because, Indigenous men die way too early and it is up to us (as Indigenous men) to lead the way for change.
The life expectancy gap between Indigenous and non-Indigenous men remains significant of at least 11-12 years, and hopefully 'NOT A SINGLE DROP FOR 365 DAYS' can raise a little more awareness amongst family, friends and the broader community of the importance of living a healthier lifestyle.
All monies raised from 'NOT A SINGLE DROP FOR 365 DAYS' will be donated to the Kornar Winmil Yunti (KWY) Aboriginal Corporation which is a non-for-profit organisation that supports Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander men from around South Australia. KWY's men's groups are there to increase the health and wellbeing of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander men.
So get on board and help support me with some $$$$ for 'NOT A SINGLE DROP FOR 365 DAYS'.... if you know me you would realise just how massive not having a single drop of alcohol for 365 days is really going to be!!!
