Chuck's Heart

Charles "Chuck" Hindman will be having his open heart surgery on April 11th in Santa Barbara.  Chuck and his wife Lana have been very busy with medical tests and doctor appointments. They are not quite sure how long the recovery will take, and when Chuck will be back in the kitchen of their little deli working his magic and feeding us with his delicious soups. The money raised here will be used to help them to pay for the medical expenses not covered by insurance and to support them with daily living expenses during his recovery.
