CHS c/o '96 Reunion Expenses

Hello Class of 96 alumni, it's me, Sharmane (Franklin) Johnson. After thinking Tristan & I weren't going to make it, we were lucky enough to figure out a way to get up to Sacramento for the reunion. We had a blast and got to reconnect (and connect for the first time) with some of our fellow classmates from high school. It was awesome. BUT one bit of disappointment was how few people were there. Don't get me wrong it was a great crowd and we had a lot of fun, but it would have been nice to have more folks there. Partly for the fun of seeing more faces from the past and partly because Melissa (Berg) Hough, had busted her ass for at least the last year making this whole event possible and from my understanding foot a lot of the bill herself.

I am going out on a limb here to ask that for those that weren't able to make it due to the cost of the tickets, busy schedules, living too far away, what have you OR if you did make it, had fun, and can afford a bit more to please consider donating a few dollars ($5, $10, $20) to help Melissa recoup some of her personal expenses. At the time I am creating this campaign, Melissa has not been informed that I am asking our graduating class to pitch in. Hopefully she is not horrified by this request but it would be nice if we could give back for everything she gave us this last year in planning.

I don't expect to necessarily hit the goal amount I listed but I am sure any amount would be of help. If by some magic we exceeded the goal, I am sure the extra money can be added to our 30th reunion fund.
