Chronic illness cost me my job

For 14 years I've had crohns disease, a chronic intestinal illness that has been gradually getting worse over the years. Multiple medicines failed and I am now awaiting a resectioning surgery. The problem is, being so sick all the time, I ended up losing my job only a few weeks before qualifying for FMLA. Now, our car is on the verge of repossession, and food money had been spread pretty thin. Please help save the day over here with a small donation, which would be so greatly appreciated!
