HELP ! Pitbull hit and run victim

This Pitbull was a hit and run victim yes this week in Black Mountain . His name is Bentley and he survived ! Unfortunately through one route or another the bills and future bills were to much for the current owners to absorb . I find myself in a catch 22 ... foster him and find help with the bill or PTS . I cannot begin to see him put down after everything I went through with him. Here I am at the emergency vet taking responsibility for the poor fella . I am going to need everyone's help PLEASE! I have a chihuahua and it's not a good situation for either dog in my home . Possibly a foster until we can get a furever home would be the first thing I'm asking and then any donations at all to help with the vet bills would be a blessing as neither me or my family can really afford to take this on 100% but we have to do what is right . If you cannot help then last I will ask is please share this post. He is a wonderful dog and expected to make a healthy recovery but he's gonna need a little help from all us . **UPDATE TUESDAY : Bentley had to have emergency back surgery last night to repair his spine and the surgery was a success . Unfortunately the bills have long surpassed our original thoughts . Please share this gofundme page and if you can , I know it's Christmas , please dig deep and help us save this animals life .  
Ps- the need for a foster is a rush situation as he is a current special needs dog. I run two businesses and I cannot give him the proper care and time I feel he needs . Thank You , love and respect.
