Christine Benson, 85, has been a crossing guard for Olive Branch schools for 18 years. I am one of the many teachers at Chickasaw Elementary that work with Ms. Christine and see how kind she truly is. Aside from her crossing guard duties, she volunteers to help in the cafeteria every day and makes sure the students get everything they need. On January 8, 2016, Ms. Christine lost her home due to a fire. We are reaching out to members of the Olive Branch community to raise money for her. This money will be used to help replace many items that were lost in the fire, as well as to help pay for costs of living as Ms. Christine finds a new home. We want to help Ms. Christine in any way we can! She deserves it for helping serve the Olive Branch community for so many years. We will keep the campaign going as long as people are willing to donate- even if we pass our goal! Once the campaign is over, we will give the money directly to Ms. Christine to help her in any way she needs! Thank you for your thoughtful donations!
