4-11-20 UPDATE: Covid 19 came and all restorative progress and appointments are on HOLD. Christian’s Free Flap Surgery was 2-25-20 and was a complete success. Covid 19 put a halt to our next phase reconstruction — implants and prosthetics for his teeth. Miraculously, Christian can now eat soft foods. — Ready for his feeding tube to be removed after our Country opens up. We are still hopeful for complete restoration. We are 1/2 way there... Christian has no insurance. His gun accident was March 2, 2019. He was 19 years old. He has had 9 surgeries in the first year alone, to restore his face after a powerful bullet ripped his face apart... There is a a treatment plan in place for implants and teeth - quoted at 34,000.00 - 50,000.00 His Prosthodontist office will take payments directly if you’d rather donate that way.
