Chris Palomares Memorial Fund

On Tuesday 12/10/2019 we received the news of Chris' passing. Chris was and will continue to be a major part of the Fitness Underground gym family. He was a coach, he was a mentor, but most importantly he was a friend. Chris introduced many of the gym members to the sport of powerlifting and loved to spread his passion for the sport. His main goal was for all of his friends to succeed. He put his heart and soul into every workout he did for himself or programs he made for others. He made it a point to attend as many meets as he could to show support for members of the gym whether he was their coach or not. Chris was our in house camera man. He loved to bring his camera to the gym to get training footage of various members to produce high quality videos for them out of the kindness of his heart. The last thing I want to mention was Chris' dogs. If he wasn't talking about powerlifting or baseball, Chris would talk your ear off about his dogs' entire lives. He loved them with all his heart and would not stop taking photos of them. Chris leaves behind his loving family, his gym family, Hercules, Benny, and Nala. If you have read this short story, please be so kind to aid his family in providing a funeral that can truly honor Chris and his impact on the people he knew.
