Help Kenyan Kids Keep Their Home

Children of Bungoma, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit, located in Bungoma, Kenya.  The mission of the organization is to provide shelter, food and education to children previously living on the streets.  

Currently, the Founder/Executive Director is using her own funds from her career directing an emergency shelter for the homeless, in America. With added responsibilities to her job in the states and increased personal expenses, the Founder has lacked the time and finances needed to raise the appropriate amount of money for the organization to run past the end of the October.

The cost to maintain the needs of the kids and the employees is approximately $500.00 per month.  We are asking for financial security of six months.

Donating to the campaign helps pay for:
-Rent
-Food
-School fees
-Hygiene items
-Employees' salaries
-Power bill
-New mattresses

Children of Bungoma has been in operation since 2012 and has seen significant improvement in the lives of children whom were previously in a vulnerable state, living in charcoal sheds and eating from the trash.  They are now living on a beautiful compound, eating three meals a day, and receiving adequate healthcare and education.
