Chief's operation for his ear(hemotoma)

Hello everybody! I have a almost 7 yr old pitbull names Chief. He's the sweetest dog you could ever meet. He's energetic, loves to cuddle and go on walks. Recently he's been getting hematoma in his ear. It breaks my heart to see him with his ear wrapped up.  I'm raising money for an operation that would cost around may be 600 to 700$ and on a teacher salary is pretty expensive(I am an infant teacher). I have debt from his previous operation to remove a cyst and see if it was cancerous. Any amount would be  appreciated, any amount of money not used I would donate to my local shelter
