Can't Stomach These Bills

Donation protected
Hi everyone,
first of all - thank you for taking a minute to stop by my page.
This past March my mom found out she had a genetic mutation called CDH1 that raises the risk of diffuse gastric cancer up to 80% and lobular breast cancer by up to 60%. Each of my siblings and I had a 50% chance of inheriting this gene. Naturally, we were terrified. What does this mean for us? For our familys? For our futures or for our kids? We had so many questions that we had no idea the answers to.
Each of of my siblings, myself included, went to a geneticist and got tested - four of us came out positive.
I remember standing directly in the middle of Main St in Hollywood Studios when my doctor called and told me I had the gene. I didn't know how to respond. All I could do was breathe and process. Fast forward three months... I'm sitting in my living room watching Braveheart and I get a phone call from my surgical oncologost, "I'm very sorry... But we found a tumor and it is in fact cancerous." My heart stopped. I put on my shoes and three minutes later, I was driving as fast (and legally) as I could while trying to hold in ugly sobs as I tried to get to my sister's apartment.
Today, December 21, 2015, I met with my doctor and he told me where the cancer was and what my next steps will be. Honestly - thanks be to the Lord because my cancer is still in its early stages and I will be ok.
I will be moving back home to Houston temporarily but I will still have my apartment in Fort Worth, TX. I had to take a medical leave from my job and my dad just lost his job a month ago, so I guess you could say my parents and myself are all a little stressed about how to best take care of my bills while I'm in the hospital and in recovery.
I am so incredibly thankful for everyone's prayers. I cannot tell you all thank you enough times. If you feel lead to give in more ways than prayer, this would help me greatly. Any and all contributions help.
As you all know - cancer isn't cheap. My parents and I have carefully thought over the amount we have set as our goal and feel that this is the best estimate that will help me with most, if not all of my bills.
So many have asked how they can help and these are a few of my sincere needs. The Lord is my rock, my fortress, and my deliverer. I know that through Christ who makes all things possible - I will be ok and he will provide.
Thank you so much to everyone for reading and for your prayers, thoughts, and donations.

My surgery will be January 14, 2016 at Baylor College of Medicine. For anyone who may want to come visit me or keep up with my story, feel free to email me or visit http://livingstomachless.wordpress.com
