Chemotherapy for Nim

We live in a very pet filled house: with two dogs and three ferrets, there is so much love to go around! For those of you who don’t have ferrets, each ferret has a very unique personality. One of our ferrets, Nim, is incredibly intelligent. She loves to explore, and climb and jump on things and will figure out how to do so, regardless of what stands in her way! She always finds the means to get what she wants! From pushing boxes to the bottom of our desk to jump on, to continuously sneaking past us to leap up on the couch, she’s our very own little ninja. She is also the caring “mom” to our other two fuzzies, cuddling and comforting them whenever she can! But now it’s Nim’s turn to need care. We recently noticed that she hasn’t been feeling well. She’s been lethargic and every few steps, she lies down to rest. We knew something was wrong because we didn’t have to keep an eye on her to make sure she wasn’t getting into trouble. We took her to the Guelph Veterinary Hospital and she has just been diagnosed with an aggressive lymphoma that has spread across her body. Because of this widely dispersed lymphoma , surgery is not an option. This leaves us with chemotherapy that comes with a $5000 starting price tag. Please help us give our little ninja Nim the treatment she needs.
